Accounting Manager

Flux Talent is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform month-end close and reconcile intercompany balance sheet accounts
- Manage travel and expense reporting, and prepare expense allocations
- Assist with cash reporting, forecasting, and management of bank accounts
- Support tax requests and projects, and perform audit support
- Supervise a team of up to five members and provide guidance on financial operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Five years of relevant experience, with a minimum of two years in a management role
- Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
