Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Services Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating Lottery sales equipment work orders to the gaming system vendor following established procedures.
  • Monitoring Ohio Lottery systems for new work orders and determining necessary actions.
  • Processing work orders with the vendor efficiently.
  • Ensuring alignment between work orders in the vendor's database and those in Ohio Lottery systems.
  • Addressing inquiries from the gaming system vendor regarding work orders.
  • Assisting retailers with the transfer of lottery equipment during business sales.
  • Responding to calls from Lottery Sales Representatives regarding equipment transfers.
  • Providing necessary information and support to Lottery Sales Representatives for business transactions.
  • Updating equipment status for both old and new retailers in Ohio Lottery systems.
  • Escalating issues to the vendor's IT team when required.
  • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Reviewing and summarizing various reports.
  • Offering administrative support as needed.
  • Providing regular updates to supervisors and management.
  • Participating in special projects and additional duties as assigned.
