Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-implementation support, designing, implementing, and deploying NetSuite solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead client accounts with minimal supervision, setting expectations, giving guidance, and steering clients toward best practices.
  • Participate in and lead assessments, preparing technical design documents and business requirement documents.
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise to the team.
  • Monitor client ticket requests and redistribute as necessary based on bandwidth and expertise.
  • Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of NetSuite consulting or as a power user.
  • Finance or accounting degree and background in corporate accounting.
  • Previous experience conducting business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with end-users to determine configuration requirements.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and NetSuite Financials, including CORE ERP with Advanced Financials, Advanced Financials/ARM/Multi-Book Accounting/Intercompany Framework.
  • Experience with SuiteSuccess industry verticals for implementation.
  • Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite functionality.
  • Experience working with JIRA and NetSuite case management.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • US Citizenship required.
