Job Description

Govini is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for supporting the success of our clients by providing end-user training, workflow development and configuration, problem-solving, and user support.

You will collaborate with Implementation Leads, Govini Engagement Managers, and Product Managers to capture market demands and user needs for inclusion into Govini's offerings.

This is a full-time team member position, working in the office at our Arlington, VA location. The role will require up to 50-75% travel.

Scope of Responsibilities
  • Support clients as a Govini product expert
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's challenges and objectives
  • Facilitate the successful implementation of software and data to Govini's clients
  • Address user needs through the use of Govini's platform
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Develop research and analytic reports
  • Proactively drive utilization of the product
  • Capture client feedback and surface problems
Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Current possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with our sponsorship
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Understanding of key knowledge areas, such as national security strategy, federal budgeting, procurement processes, and government contracting
  • Familiarity with DoD organizations and/or the National Security sector
  • Tenure within the advisory services, software-as-a-service (SaaS), information services, analytic tools, or data analytics industries
  • Passionate about delivering an inspiring customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • History of working effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work hard, be strategic, and do the right thing for the business
