Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Specialist is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and external sales teams. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and support to internal and external customers, responding to technical and product-related inquiries.
  • Produce quotes and process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM system.
  • Assist with customer forecasting and business growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in the infrastructure industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft AX, Salesforce, and Web Search.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

This role requires regular and prompt attendance at work. Some light travel may be required.

Physical Demands:

This role requires occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 10 pounds. The ability to sit for extended periods is also required.
