Responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive knowledge of transportation engineering principles
  • Oversee roadway and intersection design initiatives
  • Manage project teams, client relationships, and business development strategies
  • Ensure adherence to quality and engineering standards
  • Represent the firm at various project meetings and public engagements
  • Analyze intricate problems and devise effective solutions
  • Participate in proposal development and client interaction activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in CADD applications and design standards
The salary range for this role is between $135,000 and $165,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
