Position Overview:
The Clinical Care Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, monitoring vital signs, preparing examination rooms, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately document the patient's primary concerns in their medical records.
2. Ensure all diagnostic results are available for the healthcare provider.
3. Adhere to cleanliness protocols for medical instruments and maintain a tidy workspace.
4. Assist in the management of medical and office supplies.
5. Process and distribute faxes, test results, and referral letters as needed.
6. Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
7. Manage electronic medical records and monitor alerts.
8. Support physicians during medical procedures and prepare sterile kits as required.
9. Provide patients with discharge instructions and review educational materials.

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience:
