Position Overview:
The Clinical Care Assistant plays a vital role in delivering quality care to patients by performing various essential tasks that ensure a smooth operation within the medical office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet patients warmly and assist them in the check-in process.

8. Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
9. Manage electronic medical records (EMR) and flag important alerts.
10. Support physicians during medical procedures and prepare sterile kits as required.
11. Provide patients with discharge instructions and educational materials, ensuring they understand the information.

Qualifications:
