Key Responsibilities:

* Compose engaging articles for our newsletters.
* Design informative flyers and instructional guides.
* Conduct community tours to showcase our services.
* Manage customer records database by producing reports and providing user training.
* Oversee social media uploads and posts.
* Respond to inquiries and requests.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) software applications as well as the ability to learn new software applications, including customer records management software and photo manipulation/desktop publishing software.
* Flexibility to work other days/times as scheduled and to attend required training.
