We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Job Placement Expert to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your exceptional sales and marketing skills to generate new leads, develop employer partnerships, and provide career coaching to our program participants.

About the Role:
This position requires a driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing who is eager to make a difference in their community. As a Sales and Job Placement Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and outreach employers with open job opportunities, developing partnerships to match program participants with available job openings, and providing career advice and interview preparation support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and outreach employers with open job opportunities to generate new leads
* Develop strategic partnerships with employers to match program participants with available job openings
* Provide career coaching, interview prep, and resume reviews for job-ready participants

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year degree preferred
* 2-4 years of experience in Business-to-Business Sales
* Excellent negotiating, customer service, and cold calling skills
* Passion for working with special and at-risk populations
