About the Role:

CICATELLI ASSOCIATES INC is a national nonprofit organization that provides training, technical assistance, and other support to health and social services agencies. We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Workforce Development Leader to join our team and lead our Community Health Worker Training Program in NYC.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401K retirement plan with company match.

The Healthcare Workforce Development Leader will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our CHWTP and related training initiatives, working closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to expand the program, building relationships with employer partners, and managing budgeting and reporting requirements.

Candidates should possess excellent project and partnership management skills, as well as a proven track record of managing collaborative projects. Experience working with federal and private funders is also highly desirable.
