Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operator to join our team at Revolution Company. As a Senior Operator, you will be responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Process materials and manufacture products in an industrial organization
* Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain equipment
* Conduct quality checks and verify correct count and label
* Communicate and coordinate daily issues with relief
* Attend monthly safety meetings and enforce company policies

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred
* Extrusion experience highly preferred
* Forklift experience preferred
* Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
