We are currently in search of a Senior Systems Engineer to enhance our team.

** Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph is a prerequisite for consideration **

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate user requirements, operational concepts, and overarching system architectures to create system requirements specifications. Lead design and development efforts while analyzing system requirements. Assist users in defining their needs, propose alternative solutions, and conduct feasibility assessments. Provide technical guidance for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporate new strategies, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. Generate technical documentation and develop system architecture and design documentation. Oversee system development and implementation planning through the preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and testing plans. Collaborate with government representatives regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and address associated challenges. Ensure the technical integrity of all work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering domain. Maintain communication with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
  • Extensive experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Experience in SIGINT and managing enterprise-scale requirements.
  • Familiarity with requirements tracking tools such as Redmine and JIRA.
  • Experience in customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in systems engineering for messaging services such as JMS, ActiveMQ, TIBCO, Artemis, or Kafka.

Education & Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • CWIP: IAM Level I Certification, IA Baseline Certification.

  • Active TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
