Job Title: Associate Creative Director

Razorfish is seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to lead concept development and translate creative direction into effective design solutions for interactive marketing, online campaigns, digital content, paid and organic social, and CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
  • Present work internally and to clients
  • Lead creative teams in the successful creation and production of art/design solutions
  • Follow creative direction from senior creative staff and account staff
  • Plan and direct many aspects of assigned projects, serving as an integral member of the creative team
  • Manage a team of creative talent, leading them in the development of creative work that is consistently sound, of excellent caliber, and acceptable to the client
  • Mentor and lead assigned creative staff, critiquing their work
  • Manage internal details of assigned projects, including finding photographers, working with production and account staff
  • Lead the effort to translate established creative direction into conceptual ideas
  • Participate as a creative team member in new-business development efforts
  • Work with account representatives on all projects
Requirements:
  • Portfolio should include digital (social, mobile, web, CRM) work and campaign work
  • Must be conceptual/an idea person as well as hands-on
  • Strong conceptual skills with a broad knowledge of digital experiences
  • FinTech experience a plus
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience
  • Solid knowledge of the creative development process, providing guidance to achieve creative direction, giving timely and helpful coaching, and producing all work in a timely, cost-effective manner
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good people-management and coaching skills
  • Ability to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experience
  • Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills

Compensation Range: $98,500 - $154,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
