Job Summary:

The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that meet and exceed client expectations. This includes conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual content, managing and leading a team of designers and producers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual content, including branding materials, advertising campaigns, and digital media
  • Manage and lead a team of designers and producers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client experience, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain brand standards and visual identity for clients
  • Review and approve all creative design and video deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective creative solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in creative direction or a related field
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere
  • Experience in creating marketing and advertising campaigns from concept to execution
  • Strong knowledge of brand development and marketing platforms and trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
