Job Title: Business Development Manager

Paul Davis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing brand awareness in the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B visits, events, and cold calling
  • Manage marketing programs and ensure staff adheres to brand standards
  • Utilize marketing technology software to track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
  • Collaborate with the franchisor and Regional Marketing Manager to drive business growth
  • Manage social media accounts and monitor reviews and feedback
  • Attend business networking functions and coordinate community and charitable events
  • Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
Requirements:
  • Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree
  • Two or more years' sales and marketing experience
  • Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
