Business Development Manager

Paul Davis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing brand awareness in the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B visits, events, and cold calling
- Manage marketing programs and ensure staff adheres to brand standards
- Utilize marketing technology software to track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
- Collaborate with the franchisor and Regional Marketing Manager to drive business growth
- Manage social media accounts and monitor reviews and feedback
- Attend business networking functions and coordinate community and charitable events
- Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
- Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications degree
- Two or more years' sales and marketing experience
- Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
