Business Analyst with Equity Swaps

  • Swaps Technology dev analyst/scrum master will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring dev team delivers on defined deliverables.
  • The candidate will work directly with all members of the dev team (other analysts, developers, qa), our business users (Delta One Trading, Middle Office, Operations) and other development teams.
  • This person will communicate the work objectives, coordinate deliveries, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Responsibilities will also include documenting requirements, analysis and testing results.

Core Skills:

  • Understanding of equity trading; equity swaps a plus.
  • Understanding of BDD/TDD.
  • Understanding of the development process/cycle.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally.
  • Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
  • Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment.
  • Ability to navigate JIRA and Confluence docs.
