Position Summary

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering marketing excellence and innovation within our dynamic FinTech organization. Positioned at the crossroads of strategy and execution, you will manage Demand Generation operations and spearhead initiatives that drive business expansion. This remote role presents a unique chance to influence the evolution of our marketing strategy, contributing to our goal of transforming the financial landscape.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be an inventive and resourceful problem solver with a strong foundation in demand generation and content creation, capable of executing effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in identifying opportunities and achieving results in lead generation, content marketing, and partner marketing. Proficiency in both digital and traditional marketing channels, along with exceptional verbal and visual communication skills, is essential. The successful applicant will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a rapidly evolving company and embraces the challenges of the B2B SaaS marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Twitter), Display (Google, native), Webinars, and Events.
  • Develop a marketing campaign calendar targeting specific prospect profiles to significantly increase website, social media, and landing page traffic, generating a scalable number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) monthly. Provide reports on the return on investment and effectiveness of each initiative.
  • Create and disseminate monthly newsletters for clients and prospects, aiming to double the mailing list of quality prospects that align with targeted profiles.
  • Revamp and optimize all web conversion points to facilitate the quickest engagement path with Sales for qualified leads. Monitor and report on targeted list engagement, lead management, lifecycle stage progression, and opportunities generated.
  • Design and schedule Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for designated targets on a monthly basis. Ensure comprehensive collection, organization, reporting, and action on daily website visitor data.
  • Produce and manage partner-centric content for use across our website, email communications, social media posts, and advertising. Content types include emails, blogs, social posts, one-pagers, case studies, solution brochures, and infographics leveraging industry statistics.
  • Develop and oversee a demand generation strategy and execution plan (both online and offline), including hands-on management of all components. This must encompass the creation, management, and hosting of one digital event monthly (primarily webinars).
  • Monitor current budget expenditures and performance metrics for all demand generation activities. Recommend and allocate measurable digital marketing expenditures (primarily paid search and paid social).
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments to generate topics for content strategies, including webinars, whitepapers, and blog posts.
  • Manage internal and external resources and relationships to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Track and report on established key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Enhance processes and improve the implementation of our demand generation operations systems.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior management through compelling reporting and storytelling.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in demand generation.
  • Expertise in and experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub; current HubSpot certifications are preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing, including copywriting, sequence building, list management, and privacy protection regulations.
  • Strong familiarity with ZoomInfo Marketing OS and best practices in email marketing and privacy control protocols.
  • Ability to set up Salesforce Marketing Campaigns and generate Salesforce Reports for tracking marketing-influenced SALs, SQLs, and Opportunities.
  • Preferred experience in Fintech or Payments email and/or content marketing.
