Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for practice unit partners and managing directors.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with planning and execution of local events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide/supervise training to Consulting Support Specialists and IIs to facilitate career development.
  • Assign/monitor work to Consulting Specialist Is and IIs as necessary.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 year or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Ability to learn and apply accounting reporting principles is desired.
