Job Description

We are seeking a talented and professional AI Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Scrum Team, you will act as a leader and team player, collaborating closely with multi-functional teams to ensure the integration of machine learning capabilities into our solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Architect, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art models to power our conversational AI product suite.
  2. Design, develop, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models to facilitate effective information retrieval and generation in conversational AI systems.
  3. Utilize vector databases and advanced indexing techniques to efficiently store and retrieve relevant information for conversational contexts.
  4. Fine-tune and optimize large language models such as Cohere for specific use cases in the technology, Construction & utilities domain.
  5. Implement and experiment with cutting-edge NLP, NLU, and NLG techniques to enhance the capabilities and performance of our conversational AI products.
  6. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  7. Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and conversational AI to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
  8. Remain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement, prioritizing operational excellence and meeting or exceeding all utilization goals.
  9. Contribute to evolv's culture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives, and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader.
  10. Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience playing the Product Owner/product Manager role for a software development team, applying scrum principles, practices, and methodology.
  2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Agile framework and principles.
  4. Experience in launching a new or enhancing technology.
  5. Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  6. Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g., dashboards, APIs, real-time alerts, etc.
  7. Experience with procurement, expense management, and treasury businesses and processes.
