Daikin Applied is seeking a talented and experienced District Operations Manager to lead our HVAC Service Operations team in Seattle. This role provides oversight and leadership to ensure customers' requirements, revenue, and profit objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee technician and service coordinator teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Administer safety programs, monitor compliance with job site safety, safety training, safety documentation, auditing, and reporting.
  • Support sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation, approving estimates for scope of work, labor hours, and material content.
  • Establish project timelines, meet with customers to communicate and coordinate project schedules, and manage projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee quotation of call-in work, transactional sales, and assign personnel as needed to ensure quotes are delivered to customers on a timely basis.
  • Provide consistent interface with current customer base and establish effective working relationships to identify additional selling opportunities.
  • Ensure maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections completed on time.
  • Support operations team under direction of District Manager.
  • Collaborate with technician team to generate pull-through service and repair work on existing house accounts.
  • Work with Service Sales Representative and District Manager to resolve customer issues, including customer visits.
  • Provide weekly job status, revenue, and warranty recovery report to District Manager.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
