Capital Equipment Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at AZCO Corp. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in selling customized capital equipment solutions to enterprise clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's product portfolio and technical capabilities to effectively position our custom capital equipment solutions.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their unique business challenges, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with our engineering teams to translate customer needs into detailed technical specifications and proposed solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept implementations to showcase our capabilities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ability to travel for customer visits and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the capital equipment or industrial automation industry.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex, customized solutions to enterprise customers.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
