About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Specialist to join our team at Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the administration of all Strategic Accounts on KFS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with Customer IT departments to develop and implement KFS installation plans.
  • Communicate with Servicing Dealers/Subsidiaries to ensure KFS is installed during initial installation.
  • Work with Strategic Accounts Contracts Team to identify and resolve delinquent meters.
  • Actively monitor KFS for offline devices and resolve connection issues.
  • Review and resolve missing meter reports for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth deployment of KFS on new machines.
  • Maintain user databases to ensure fleet activity and accuracy.
  • Proactively update firmware on all devices on KFS.
  • Improve meter collection and reporting processes.
  • Assist the service team with network-related inquiries.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in information technology, computer networking, and/or software implementation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A+ and/or Net+ Certified or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in the document solutions industry.
