Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at Upstate University Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit, driving customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the orientation and on-boarding of new staff and the growth and development of current employees.
- Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program and contribute to the unit leadership team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve unit goals and objectives.
- Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State.
- Two years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area.
- Work experience consistent with specialty area.
- Ability to work evening/night shifts, Monday through Friday, with rotating holidays.
- Competitive salary range (SG20) based on experience, plus differential.
