Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical initiatives and develop strategic plans to improve patient outcomes

  • Provide expert medical leadership and guidance to clinical teams

Requirements
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics
  • Current, unrestricted medical license
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical settings
  • Passion for integrated care models and collaborative approaches with behavioral health providers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and advocacy for underserved populations
