With a workforce of 600 and multiple production facilities globally, we are eager to expand our team of Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients.
  • Facilitate and oversee order processing from initiation to invoicing.
  • Confirm inventory availability and allocate lots accordingly.
  • Coordinate sample shipments as required.
  • Generate invoices and monitor payment timelines.
  • Address product returns as necessary.
  • Possess knowledge of export documentation.
  • Assist sales teams, brokers, and distributors with samples, technical documents, promotional materials, and pricing proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Quality department on customer inquiries regarding quality issues.
  • Compile sales data and reports utilizing ERP systems.
  • Engage proactively with various business functions including Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
  • Participate in sales planning activities, including forecasting and inventory management.
  • Conduct special queries related to sales data and customer insights.
  • Communicate directly with management to ensure effective customer pricing and adherence to commercial policies.
  • Support the Sales Team with necessary documentation and price communications.
  • Be available for occasional night and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Assist in urgent customer service situations, including emergency shipments or recalls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food industry.
  • Proficiency in a second language, such as Spanish or French, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The role may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, and walking.
