Job Responsibilities
  • Establish a track record of success with Fortune 500 clients and enterprise clients ($500M+ revenue)
  • Create new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Develop and grow revenue by conducting research on potential customers and understanding their eCommerce supply chain challenges
  • Demonstrate expertise in a dynamic work environment as a senior member of a growing sales team
  • Lead strategic vision and execution within Pandion's largest enterprise customer accounts
  • Engage with shippers to drive maximum shipment growth, margin, and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to provide proactive solutions to customers

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven success record
  • Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, with a strong understanding of market and customer needs

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to dive deep into a prospect's business to identify pain points, initiatives, and opportunities
  • Sales experience in the C-suite
  • Able to accelerate customer decisions and sales cycles proactively
  • Manage complex customers and partner with account management to nurture existing accounts across multiple product lines
  • Hit and exceed activity metrics and financial expectations
What We Offer

Pandion offers a competitive salary range of $150,000.00 - $187,500.00 per year, equity options, and benefits package including Medical Insurance, Dental, and Vision insurance.
