Job Summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our NA Mill Services Procurement team. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for achieving regional procurement targets for categories in scope. Your expertise will drive the efficient processing of tactical procurement activities in support of NA to achieve variable cost productivity, working capital, and business financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the NA Mill Services Procurement team to achieve regional procurement targets.
  • Ensure team support for category strategies and implementation plans created by Regional Category Lead.
  • Drive execution of regional sourcing events, working with Agile Squads.
  • Serve as a change agent for the Procurement organization, with a strong ownership mentality and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Ensure compliance with K-C Policies and internal controls.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in business, supply chain, or related discipline.
  • ~5+ years of experience in Procurement, preferred experience in category management.
  • Business acumen, excellent communication skills (both written and oral) able to communicate up and across the organization, cross-functional collaboration & influencing, project management, analytical, problem-solving, functional and technical awareness, manage vision and purpose.
  • Strong project management, process improvement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • The candidate should be prepared to travel to engage with stakeholders and suppliers as required to fulfill the role.
