Merchandising Specialist

Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, and building retail displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management to drive sales and customer engagement
• Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to increase sales
• Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and sales

Requirements:

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in changing environments and able to meet physical requirements of the role
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
• Resides within 20 miles of Kailua Kona, HI 96740
