About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Channel Marketing and Development to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth through our channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new programs for the channel to open new channels and help partners grow within existing programs.
  • Enhance our Partnership Program for Dealers by assessing current program components and finding ways to optimize them.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop tactical communications, including collateral, email, talking points, presentations, fact sheets, and website copy.
  • Manage the Channel Sales CRM within Hubspot to monitor partner performance and assess them regularly for sales and revenue growth.
  • Design and organize events, trade shows, and promotional events to promote our products and services.
  • Manage the Field Marketing Team, including designing and implementing training programs for our partners.
  • Develop and manage a Dealer Onboarding program to onboard new partners consistently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B marketing required. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role required.
  • Channel marketing experience in a different industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with in-house sales teams and leading large, complex projects is a plus.
  • Experience with data, measurement, and analytics competency preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Agile project management is required.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities are essential.
