We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction. As an LPN in our addiction treatment program, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve recovery and regain control of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and provide medical care as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor vital signs, perform venipuncture, and administer IV medications
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Current state LPN licensure
  • Two years of experience in chemical dependency treatment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
