Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care
    • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Provide individual and group counseling sessions, including education on mental health and wellness
    • Document client progress and participation in treatment
  • Treatment Team Collaboration
    • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment goals
    • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
    • Complete all required documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise interns and practicum students as assigned
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure successful completion of training
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current, unencumbered clinical licensure in the State of Texas: LMSW, LMFT, LPC/LPC-A, or LCDC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
