Job Responsibilities- Administer pain management treatments in a mobile home-based setting, following orders from various medical providers.
- Manage your own schedule and treatment times, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines, including OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA regulations.
- Must be an RN with current state licensure.
- CPR, ACLS, and BCLS certifications are required.
- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance is essential.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate-weight equipment.
- Earnings per treatment event range from $160,000 to $215,000 annually, depending on hours worked.
- Nurses are responsible for purchasing their own equipment and supplies, but are well-compensated for this.
- Candidates must operate as their own business entity, or establish their own entity, and contract with our company as an independent contractor.
- The client provides a medical director for statewide operations.
Nurses are not required to handle marketing for the program, as the client takes care of this to ensure consistent patient flow. However, personal marketing can significantly enhance your local patient base.
Treatment ProgramThe program involves two 1-hour treatment events per week for 8 weeks. Treatments are covered by Medicare and commercial insurance.
Revenue Cycle and Payment- Earnings are paid per treatment event, with revenue processed based on the standard insurance reimbursement cycle, which can take 2-8 weeks.
- Payments to nurses typically follow a delay, with activity from the first month often paid out by the beginning of the third month.
