Each system we create is meticulously tailored to meet the distinct needs of our clients, necessitating your ability to comprehend their specifications, impart design principles, and customize solutions accordingly.

At LACO Technologies, we prioritize a healthy work/life balance, offering flexible working hours, the option for a 9-80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off, and a comprehensive PTO program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to ascertain their specific requirements.
  • Articulate how our advanced technology can solve their most pressing challenges.
  • Craft proposals for tailored leak testing and vacuum systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Practical mechanical engineering experience to effectively address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Proficient in customer relations and sales techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with vacuum and leak testing is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering or sales of industrial or technical products.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated Salary + Commission: $95,000 to $135,000.
  • Flexible work schedule with the option to participate in our 9/80 work arrangement.
  • Occasional short-term travel (one week or less) a few times per year.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, and 401K with matching contributions, paid holidays, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education, including a tuition reimbursement program.
