Job Summary:

MCS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Cleaning Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals to ensure the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between the cleaning team and clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cleaning team, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality of service.
  • Training and Development: Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of motivating and developing team members.
