Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, supply chain, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and EVS accountability systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment, and maintain par levels to optimize inventory.
  • Process requisitions, track purchase orders, and manage paperwork to ensure efficient ordering and payment processes.
  • Set up invoices for payment and update departmental checkbooks to track budgetary expenditures.
  • Generate department reports to include financial expenditures, work order completion rates, and labor utilization rates.
  • Monitor work orders from property users and distribute them accordingly.
  • Maintain an accurate equipment inventory list and schedule preventative maintenance for all equipment and machines.
  • Manage maintenance records for all equipment and technology, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and key control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with MSDS and U.N. Safety Data Sheet (SDS) programs, and maintain accurate records for all cleaning program changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service environment, with strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and hardware used in the course of duties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
