Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pella. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Process customer payments, schedule service appointments, and provide quotes for service requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, order fulfillment, and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed monthly metrics goals, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong background in general business or construction applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn internal software programs and applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
