Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at SSM Health. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identifying and prioritizing patient needs to develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and unit operations.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or equivalent.
