We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Insurance Policy Expert to join our team at State Farm Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information.
- Process policy changes and updates in our system.
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner.
- Stay up to date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of insurance software.
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
