Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Licensed Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and accurate service.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance options and policies, ensuring customers understand their coverage and benefits.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to resolve inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
