Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Concierge at Carolina Hyundai of High Point. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repair, including answering questions and providing updates on their vehicles.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed, as well as walking customers to their vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards and protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude, with a can-do mentality and a willingness to learn and improve.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-screen background check.
