About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at FASTSIGNS of High Point, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Work with customers to understand their visual communications needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Manage customer orders and projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
