About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Lead to join our team at McDonald's. As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating feel-good moments for our customers every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
  • Offer help with using the ordering kiosks
  • Provide assistance to those in need of extra help
  • Check with guests once they have their food to ensure they are satisfied or need anything else
  • Ensure kids receive a kid treat
  • Handle any concerns
  • Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
