Certified Nursing Assistant Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Laurels of Charlottesville. As a Patient Care Associate, you will have the opportunity to provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in caring for others. Estimated salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per year based on experience.

About This Role
In this role, you will be responsible for taking and recording vital signs, measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output. You will assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, eating, and hydration. You will also observe guests' skin and provide skin care as needed. Our ultimate goal is to ensure the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our guests.

Requirements
A high school graduate or equivalent required. CNA certification preferred or acceptable exemption required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
