Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at the University of Virginia. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care activities and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire
  • 1 year of relevant experience as a Registered Nurse
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required
