Executive Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to join our team at Outsource Consultants LLC in St. Louis Park, MN.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the BPO industry. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets

- Manage a pipeline of leads and close deals

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
