Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:

As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass targets, utilizing Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions effectively. You will also build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in diverse industries, collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies, and participate in weekly team meetings and bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with sales managers to align goals and address challenges.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the PPE or related industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
