Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Budgeting
Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
Financial Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Financial Operations ManagementOversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Financial Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate financial risks, including cash flow management and investment management.
Financial ComplianceEnsure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
Requirements- Education
A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required. A master's degree or higher is preferred.
ExperienceA minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, including experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
CertificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
