Job Overview
BlastOne, a leading global company in the Industrial Corrosion Control Industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive Lead to drive growth and success. As a high-performing sales executive, you will own client relationships and close multi-million-dollar contracts.

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing large project opportunities, leading high-impact client engagements, and ensuring clear next steps in every sales opportunity. Your expertise will include presenting and selling BlastOne's innovative project methodology, negotiating deals worth tens of millions of dollars, and collaborating across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in capital equipment sales or industrial construction projects. You should have a proven track record of closing deals over $1M, strong background in the industrial, construction, or capital equipment industries, and experience working with C-Level executives and leading complex negotiations.
