Position Overview:
As a Lead Mechanic for UH-60 Blackhawk Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational readiness of our aircraft. This position involves overseeing scheduled inspections, repairs, and maintenance of aircraft systems, while also providing guidance to other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive inspections and maintenance in accordance with established technical guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate aircraft maintenance records and documentation.
  • Executing repairs and maintenance on various aircraft systems and subsystems.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions in aircraft subsystems.
  • Removing and installing aircraft components, including engines and mechanical flight controls.
  • Inspecting turbine blades and testing engine performance.
  • Leading daily production meetings and collaborating with team members.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years of experience as a UH-60 Mechanic.
  • Graduation from the UH-60 (15T) course.
  • Preferred A/P certification.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in various positions.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment qualifications.
